Tax Update 19-E - Legacy Check/Advice Print SQR's not fully compliant with Minnesota?

The notes for Tax Update 19-E say that the "derived Minnesota overtime rate" will only appear on Checks/Advices produced using the BI Publisher overflow templates.

... "you must produce checks and deposit advices with the BI Publisher functionality, using the Create PDF Paycheck/Create PDF Advice processes."

We are using the overflow templates for the Self-Service view check statement.

However, we are using the Legacy SQR print programs to print Checks and Advices.

I am not aware of Oracle not porting all changes to the Legacy programs. 

Will be out of compliance with MN?

Is Oracle going to address this in the future?
