DDL Sync failing with ODBC error after upgrade

Hello,

We just finished upgphys for our upgrade from IP16 to IP19.7 and trying to regenerate the schema but it is failing with ODBC error. I have made sure that the pwd is correct and it connects from ODBC too.

PS: Wanted to add that the same piece I did from DB Wizard and it worked.
