Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to download Developer version of SOA Suite quick starter for version: 12.2.1.3 on my Mac machine (fmw_12.2.1.3.0_soa_generic.jar).

I have the below links which always puts me back on 12.2.1.4..
