Task View not accessible in browser 64 bit but able to launch in 32 bit browser.

Dear all,

We have a situation where the browser cannot access the task view (or cannot launch the task view) after login using 64 bit browser, but able to launch in 32 bit browser in the Web Server itself. Need help.
