Different FRA location for primary and standby databases

Hi,

We are using Oracle database 11.2.0.3 (primary and standby). What kind of issues shall I expect to face if db_recovery_file_dest location is different in primary and standby databases? For both database Flashback is disabled.

Is it recommended to dynamically change the primary database db_recovery_file_dest parameter to match standby?

Appreciate all the advice.
