TransportException: Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect over HTTPS to server

Hello,

One of teh Business service move to  HTTPS , and when  i test  from  the OS  service  , i receive the following  error  :

Caused by: com.bea.wli.sb.transports.TransportException: Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect over HTTPS to server: clsrvwyn59b1.interiale.intra port: 443

I already update the 'cacerts' file  located at  WL_HOME/server/lib  with a new client certificate  *interiale.intra  , using  Portecle   and i restarted the managed servers  and AdminServer

But still have a same  error .Any solutions , please ?
