ECO for future changes and ECO for urgent request

I have open ECO and schedule date for Revised Item is set to: 15-FEB-2020.

ITEM A | Rev. 001 | New Rev. 002 (will be implemented in future)

 

Today our Customer sent urgent Change Request for "ITEM A" and we need to implement that using ECO. Please remember that the urgent changes have to be implemented asap (not after the date 15-FEB-2020). 

How to do ?

What is the proposal of solution - best practice in this case ?
