When we are launching the P98220U app we get the udc error

Hi,

When we are launching the P98220U app, we are getting the UDC error and in JAS logs it shows below. Could you please help me to fix this issue?

The Index = "5" specified is invalid. An IndexOutOfBounds Exception has occurred. Reference Key = "FORMAT"  | ComboBox ID : 96, Form Name : P98220U_W98220UA Exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 5 > 4 Corrective Action :Please do not insert on index=0 for Combobox.This is reserved for --Selece One--. java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 5 > 4
