ODA 19.5 requires a Complete Redeployment : Upgrades are not supported!

1) 19.4 was available for a short-time, but ONLY supported for use on the X8-2* ODA which was introduced at approximately the same time.
     The ODA 19.4 release was not supported for any other Hardware type

2) 19.5 was released and is supported on X4-2, X5-2 X6-2*, X7-2* and X8-2* configurations.

     However, there is NO upgrade patch to 19.5 - a Fresh ( completely new) deployment from ISO, ODA Bundle, /...etc is required
