Whats SUMMARY_FLAG does in GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS table?

Were created 2 account combinations with different CODE_COMBINATION_ID, but the values are the same, and it was causing the error when queried in the funds inquiry form.

We inactivate the SUMMARY_FLAG in GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS table in Test instance, and the error doesn't occur's. But we want to know whats this column does for applicate the same change in PROD.
