SQL rate in F08330

I have a user that is requesting a change to the 401k match for all employees who are contributing more than 4%.  The match will be 5%.  The plan is set up in the benefit group therefore enrollment is completed via P08334 with a rate entered for both the contribution and the match.  Changes cannot be made in DBA instructions since the plan is part of the group.  If I request a SQL to update the rate in F06106 will it then be out of sync with P08334?  Can I SQL the rate in P08334?  I do not find RTAM
