Xstore (V17.0.3) mobile tender menu doesn't appear

Hello,

I'm running in to an issue with Xstore mobile on v17.0.3 getting to the tender menu in my development environment (Eclipse). I add an item to the transaction but when clicking on the Amount due area to continue to tendering, the screen does not load the tender options menu, it appears to do nothing, it just sits in the sales viewport. If I look at the console it says I am sitting at the SALE::TENDER_OPTIONS prompt however the tender prompt does not display on the screen. If I use the Xstorem-tablet demo launch, I can see in the Xstore like
