Tools or SLA APIs to upload JLD, AAD

Hello,

We are process manufacturing shop with heavily customized SLA rules. As we are growing exponentially, we are having trouble maintaining as well creating them. We are currently looking into Export and Import AAD standard programs provided by Oracle. But we wanted to find out if there are any tools, like

  1. Web ADI, which can help us upload the SLA rules all the way from event class to conditions in Journal definition Rules.
  2. SLA APIs, that can be called to upload the SLA rules all the way from event class to conditions in Journal definition Rules.
  3. Any other robust tool that integrates with Excel and Oracle.
