why is Request_date updation in back to back order not reflecting in PO need_by_date for back to bac

Request date updation in back to back order not reflecting in PO need by date for back to back order.

1) Open Order that is B2B and change the request date.

2) Now open the PO that was created through B2B process and check the Need by date.

3) Need by date(PO) should change to the Request date(OM)

Please explain if this is standard functionality? or is there any Enhancement happening around it?
