Fluid Expense Functionality is not working on iOS 13.2.3

We want to implement a Fluid Expense Module in my client, to do this first thing we have said to give a demo to senior leadership. So while I tested desktop version using  Oracle DEMO 33 version and it is working fine. I can create an expense report and submit and approved for payment. So when I tried the same functions through mobile I can able to create an expense report, but hile submitting in one of the popup models is not showing the submit button. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

After I explore several mobile phones, I have traced out the root cause.  I have two I phones, one having IOS 13.2.3 (Submit popup is not working), another one iOS 12.4.3 (Submit popup is working). same time I have tried another carrier, Android is working fine. After I tested it intensively I confirmed iOS 13.2.3 version is not working, and older iOS versions are working fine.
