Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to add Serial number in Service contract Sub line level

Hi @Gabriella-Oracle and Team,

I have contract in active status, and could not able to add serial number for Usage Sub line, This is happening for specific serial number.

But i can able to add same serial number in Service sub line, but user wants to add in Usage sub line which is not able add.

Please help as it is urgent issue.
