Should the work order print R31415 show the latest attachement on the work order from a sales order?

When Line type W sales orders are entered with line attachement, the created work order inherits the sales order line attachment.

When the Sales order line attachment is updated, the work order is updated with a copy of the latest attachement so that the work order now has the original attachment and the current attachment.

Should the Work order print show the latest attachement?

On testing I have had mixed results.
