Tax overrides error message in Interim Workbench

When I try to override the State and Fed withholdings of a payment in the Interim Workbench I'm getting an error message for the Override Type for other tax types.  The error message is coming up in Tax Types C (fed unemployment), H (state unemployment), I (state disability), C (fed unemployment), both D & E for SS and P & Q for Medicare.  The error message states "The tax override type you have entered is not valid tax override to use within Payroll.  The only values that are valid to override within the Payroll system are the %, A and
