Can we migrate Oracle 12c ( 12.1.0.2.0) database to Oracle 19c using the Data Guard?

Hi there,

I am planning to upgrade the Oracle 12c (12.1.0.2.0) database to Oracle 19c on new server. Can we use the Data Guard to migrate the database from 12c to 19c?
