R770716 Reassign TAXX for PPIP tax types (CJ, CK)

Can anyone tell me in which E1 document I can find documentation about what is the purpose of that program and what does it do exactly.

I have searched the Canadian Payroll Guide as well as the Canadian Payroll Year-End documents and there is no mention of the above batch program.

My client has an issue by which we would need to develop a custom mass update of the F06017 and F0716 for reassigning PPIP Employer Tax ID by CKCN where in error and then we would need to repost to F0716.

I have identified/developed specs in order to accomplish this but just before going with it, I searched the Batch Version R77* and that is when I found the existence of that program however I have seen no documentation on what it does.
