Would like information on process to ship item to an outside processor for work and have the outside

We have Items that require work buy and outside processor and normally would receive the Item back before shipping to out customer. Currently we use a virtual warehouse that we transfer the item to as to show not in main Whse Inventory before re-receiving back.

Would like to know if a process exist to cut that step out and once outside processor is complete they would froward on the customer.

The process from outside processor to Customer is what I need help with the most
