Inventory Org Parameter Setup - About Untick 'Allow Negative Balance'

We have setup Inventory Organization Parameter with 'Allow Negative Balance'. Currently we have few items in negative on hand quantity and would like to disable by unticking or unchecking the 'Allow Negative Balance'

- Please can we have some notes/details on the impact on unticking or unchecking 'Allow Negative Balance'.

- Further upon testing we found that work order can be completed even if negative balance is unticked/unchecked and inventory item is negative.
