Create physical standby using Lvl 0 backup

Hi Experts,

The current environment is a 2-node RAC running on AIX (P8-servers).  Due to tech refresh, I need to create a 2-node RAC standby database on new hosts.

The size of the DB is approximately 2.7TB and TDE is implemented as well.

Unfortunately for me, the client does not have the required bandwidth to use DUPLICATE DB. I would therefore need to use a Lvl 0 backup to restore the DB, before enabling managed recovery. I have done this before, but only for single-instances and not for 2-node RAC. I would appreciate a little guidance on the following questions:
