calculate unit cost

Hi Team,

Can you help me with the formula of unit cost calculation for foreign Currency?

I have created one Purchase order  which has updated with unit cost as 54.7 and i checked the cost method cost setup it is =56.7 and exchange rate is =7.898

so wanted to know 54.7 is being calculated?
