Cant start instance on third node, works with SQLPLUS

Hi,

I cant start my instance on the third node (three node cluster). I get

srvctl start instance -d mydb -i mydb3

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.mydb.db' has placement error

This error is for all instances on that node.

Instance comes up using SQLPLUS, but the cluster is not aware its running. I tried starting it using SRVCTL (after I started it using SQLPLUS) and I only get

PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.mydb.db

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.mydb.db on node db3

CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.mydb.db 3 1'.
