9B batches header issue

Hello Team,

We are working in 9.1.4 JDE E1 environment and we have following queries:-

1. There are '9B' batches created which went in 'Pending' whereas 'RB' is posted. We are unable to ascertain how could '9B' batches are in 'pending'

2. Is there any way to clean up '9B' batches ?

3. Whether '9B' batches are selected while integrity report - R007031 runs to delete the invalid batch headers as they don't have records in detail files.
