Xstore Hangs Issue

Hi,

In some of the store registers, xstore hangs up for 60-80 seconds in certain scenarios. Below mentioned are few such scenarios:

1. Adding an item in the transaction from Item Lookup
2. Pressing the Add Tenders button in the Sale screen
3. Going Back from the Tenders List to Sale screen

We have found out that the issue is somehow caused by the database, as the issue was not getting replicated in our environment, but when we restored the database back up from one of the affected registers we were able to replicate the issue. We analysed the logs but we weren’t able to find any error, although the above mentioned scenarios are taking more than usual time on the affected registers only. Guess has not deployed any new build / patch recently which could cause the issue.
