How to move a 19c (19.4) GI for Standalone (Oracle Restart) home to a new location on the same host

Platform:  AIX7.2

We have successfully upgraded our Oracle Restart environment from 11.2 to 19.4. For various reasons we need to move the current 19.4GI to a new location on the same host. I have been unable to find a document for this anywhere for 19c. I find 12c or I find a doc for Clusterware but not for Grid Infrastructure for a Standalone environment (Oracle Restart). There is also an ASM instance running from the 19.4GI home for the databases on the host.

Can anyone help me with the steps for this and/or point me to a document I can use for reference.   I do have an SR created for this but given it's minimal severity, I don't anticipate an answer soon.
