EBS R12.1.3 and I am looking to upgrade my 12.1.0.2 database to 19c by following "Interoperability Notes: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 with Oracle Database 19c ( Doc ID 2580629.1 )"

When I get to step "4. Create the initialization parameter setup files" it refers to running txkOnPremPrePDBCreationTasks.pl and I don't have that script.

I have txkPrePDBCreationTasks.pl so just wondering if the guide needs to be updated or if I am missing a patch or step?
