BI Publisher Error in .rtf

I receive the following error(s) when trying to Validate Template in an rtf:

[121219_092619322][][ERROR] [Line 23760.134] Incorrect XPath: if Address_ID2='1222'

[121219_092619353][][ERROR] [Line 23782.6] Missing body begin XSL context for: <?end template?>

[121219_092619509][][ERROR] [Line 31063.2] Last XSL context: <?template:sodheader?> (<xsl:template name="sodheader">) not closed.

I've reviewed my rtf again and I'm not seeing where any of my templates are not closed.      <?end template?>

Is there an easier way to determine what the error really is?
