Rebuild batch schedule database

Hi,

I have recently began to notice, that I can no longer see any batches (I only schedule FR batches) under the "Batch Scheduler" tab. I used to be able to see what I and other scheduled. But no longer am able to see. I hold the administration role for the whole EPM suite. Is there a way to tell the system to rebuild the batch job executed library?
