FDMEE Lock Icon Disappearing

Hello,

Has anyone had an issue with the POV in FDMEE showing the lock icon when all locations are locked? If you move to a new location in Workbench you see no lock icon unless you go into the POV selection box and click Ok and only then does it appear.  If you move to a new location and then go back to that previous one, the lock icon is gone again until you open the POV box again and click ok. We are on the FDMEE version 11.1.2.4.220.009 using IE.
