Can you update the Planning Resource List on an existing Project Template?

Hi,

I have a request from one of our clients which is to update the Planning Resource List on an existing project template. I am finding that I am unable to edit the resource list via the Project setup. Does that mean this is not possible?

Any advice is appreciated!
