purchase order not moving to next status, After approving again it displayes in P43081 for approva a

Hi for some Purchase Orders even after approving it not moving to next status .remain in P43081 and display as to be approved . for some order i deleted the remove message than they disappears in P43081. any one have any idea about it. Is it a bug?
