Updating Server Manager Management Console Fails with Custom JMX Port and Error "Unable to change th

Updating Server Manager Management Console Fails with Custom JMX Port and Error "Unable to change the management console tools release". (Doc ID 2127318.1). However, the JMX port is already updated with 14501, still getting the same error.

The JMX port and the agent.properties are in sync, but still we are not able to upgrade it. Any help or inputs will really be helpful and appreciated.
