Tax Update 19-E for 9.2 - What are the security changes?

During the Advisor Webcast earlier this week, Rick stated that separate documentation for security changes was provided for versions 9.0 and 9.1, but the security changes for 9.2 were delivered.  We've applied the tax update to our development environment, but I don't see any permission lists or roles in the App Designer project.  What security changes were made for 9.2?

Our business has determined we need more detailed control over the security so we don't use the delivered roles and permission lists.  I'd like to know what changes were made for this PRP so we can evaluate if similar changes are needed in our custom roles/permission lists.
