I am testing the classic version of the 2020 form W-4. When I navigate there, I see the updated form

I am testing the classic version of the 2020 form W-4. When I navigate there, I see the updated form, but I have PeopleSoft Administrator access.  When I sign in as an employee, I still see the "old" form, but it does have 2020 under the Claim Exemption section. Is there a security related changed that is needed? We have updated the date to today's date for the application package PY_W4.
