Onboarding Tile - Videos not launching

We have several videos we want to embed in our onboarding steps.  I've created a different step in the activity guide for each video, as it appears only one video can be embedded per step.  I've uploaded the links to the URL Maintenance table, and have associated the Video URL to the step, but not launching.  Once I activate the template though, the videos are not loading.  I believe I am missing a step, maybe associated to Related Content.  I've reviewed many of the oracle docs, but I'm not familiar with related content enough to know what needs to be
