W-4: Timing for Implementing Changes - by 1/1/20?

We'd like your input on your plans for implementing the W-4 2020 changes.  Are you planning to implement by 1/1/20, in the back office and/or for ESS?  The IRS FAQ, https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/faqs-on-the-2020-form-w-4 , question 15, says new employee's must submit this form.    Anyone have any practical tax or legal advice you can share especially if you aren't planning a full implementation by 1/1/20?

Yes. All new employees first paid after 2019 must use the redesigned form. Similarly, any other employee who wishes to adjust their withholding must use the redesigned form.
