Patch 30543920: enterprise manager for oms plugins 13.3.2.0.191130

I'm faced with a request to "update" a given 13.3 OEM environment with the latest patches.

When I look at OEM itself (the Help page), it tells me that the version is 13.3.0.0.0

I know a lot of patches have been installed, so I'm having questions already that we are not running a base version. Like 13.3.0.0.0

When I run the OMSPatcher tool, it is giving me lots of versions, and some are higher than 13.3.0.0.0

( That would be 13.3.1 - None for 13.3.2 though )

I know that these are the components, but still, I first would like to know the simple question:

What OEM version am I running ? Maybe the answer cannot be answered by a simple number, I don't have that deep OEM knowledge.
