DMU "Generated SQL statements for Execute Pre-Conversion Tasks" failed with java.lang.IndexOutOfBoun

Using DMU 2.2 to convert database to unicode. After scanning  the database completed without issue. Run "conversion" and got the following error and can not continue anymore.

"Generated SQL statements for Execute Pre-Conversion Tasks" failed with java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException:

Below is part of the dmu log file:

26.17:08:06:250;Q039;F;25023 Loading tables' scan results during the initialization of scan report cache elapsed 00:00:08.530.

26.17:08:06:546;Q039;F;25024 Loading aggregate tables' scan results during the initialization of scan report cache elapsed 00:00:00.296.

26.17:08:06:562;Q039;F;25025 Loading aggregate MVs' scan results during the initialization of scan report cache elapsed 00:00:00.016.

26.17:08:06:656;Q039;F;25026 Loading the database node's scan results during the initialization of scan report cache elapsed 00:00:00.094.
