Canadian Tax Tables Missing In Tax Update E

We have just found out that the Canadian Tax Tables are missing from Tax Update E.  I've logged an SR with Oracle, and they have said that is to be released in the PRP December 20th.  This is a shocker, as now I have to manually configure/setup the Tax Table myself as we cannot wait until the 20th for the PRP because we apply the Tax Update on the 20th in production.  Never in 14 years has the Canadian Tax Tables not been released with the E update and there was no mention of this in the year-end webinar.  Can
