Can't delete HFM application from Application Library

Hello.

I can't delete HFM application from Application Library. When I click on the application I get the following error:

Application "TESTLOC" is not found. Perhaps some other user might have deleted the application.

Is there any way to delete this application? May be directly from tables in EPMA or HFM databases.
