Using Market Pay functionality for Market Analysis

We are interested in using the Market Pay functionality for our State Market Pay analysis process. We will need to load three different sources which are in excel spreadsheets. There isn't much information on how it can be done in PeopleBooks. I was wondering if there is any additional information out that would help us step through the analysis of using Market Pay? Also Is anyone else currently use the functionality for market analysis? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
