Workbench Map actions - Show positions/Last position

Hi All,

We are in 19C Cloud version, enabled Oracle spatial maps on workbenches. We are able to add shipments on the map. Using map action, we can "Remove from map". However, the below actions doesn't do anything. There is no error or any message.

Show position

Hide position

Show Last position

Hide Last position

We have shipment tracking events for both stops as well as in-transit locations (with US City name, Province code). WB has shipment, shipment tracking event and maps.  Per help, these action should show the position/last position on the map based on last tracking event location.  We also have  USE_IN_MAP set to Y in the event group. There isn't any other parameter in Logic configuration that controls the above actions. Are we missing any other setups?  Any insights here will be very helpful.
