Applying Manual Discount to the sales Order

Hi All,

We have a requirement , that if Manual Discount is applied to the sales order / sales order lines once the line should not be eligible for another manual discount. Is there is any way to restrict of applying the discount multiple times to same line / Order .

Could you please anyone help us.
