BULITIN Launch SRS Form Personalization Issue

hello every one

i have a problem with form Personalization i have made a special  button to launch SRS Form, it's a concurrent request to print invoice , the function is working for receivable manager and super user responsibilities but not working for receivable user , any one know how to solve this issue
