INS-32104 Sepcified Oracle Home user is not the owner of specified oracle base.

When install ODAC12c on the ORAcle databse 12.2.01 server,(windows server 2016) select same oracle base as the database, then get INS-32104 Sepcified Oracle Home user is not the owner of specified oracle base.

When I installed the oracle database, I select Virtual account, but the ODAC doesn't have the virtual account option, so I selected use windows Builtin account.

Question, can I select different directory for the oracle home when install ODAC? any workaround?

according to Oracle support :

Choose a different Oracle Base location.
