Port range to open to connect to SQL Server ODBC data source

Does anyone have an idea of what the port range to open between OBIEE 12c and a SQL server ODBC data source.  We opened 1433 on the SQL server end, but running a netstat on the BI box, it looks like the port used at the BI end is in the 50000-70000 range.  I would like to put in a single request to open the full range of possible ports that OBIEE might use for connecting to an ODBC data source (assuming default ports).
