Wrong normalization date on RI Term

Hi @Vaishali -Oracle - I encountered wrong normalization date on one of the leases payment terms for RI, here are the details

Lease Commencement/Execution Date: 03-DEC-2004

Termination Date: 02-DEC-2034

Payment Start Date: 01-AUG-2005 till 02-DEC-2034

RI Starts from 03-DEC-2009 till 02-DEC-2034 for every 10 yrs escalation as 10%

1st RI started on 03-DEC-2009 & approved, Billing Term created for the same 03-DEC-2009 till 02-DEC-2034.  Payment Term table has NORM_START_DATE 12/3/2004 and NORM_END_DATE 12/2/2034 - NO ISSUES

2nd RI started on 03-DEC-2019 & approved, Billing Term created for the same 03-DEC-2019 till 02-DEC-2034.  Payment Term table has NORM_START_DATE 10/1/2019 and NORM_END_DATE 12/2/2034 -
